We would like your holiday to start immediately, for this reason when you enter the apartment you will find the beds made and towels on the beds [face, guest, shower] in the maximum number of beds or number on request. In the kitchen there are two tea towels, detergent and a sponge for dishes, two tablets for the dishwasher (currently the dishwasher is available in the white apartment); in the bathroom a roll of toilet paper.

Casa Popsy, for guests staying at least one week, provides (packed in strictly eco-friendly paper bags and labels) a welcome courtesy kit that includes: shower shampoo, shower cap and hand soap. As of this year, your four-legged pets will be able to find a surprise doggy welcome kit, in addition to the standard equipment found in all apartments of a summer bed for each guest {dog, cat or…. ?!?!}, a food bowl [for each pet on vacation] and water bowl (all proportioned according to pet guest sizes).

Cervia’s beaches at the moment can be freely frequented by your 4-legged friends in the time slot from 6 to 8 a.m. (and after 9 p.m.), and if your love loves to roll around in the sand and swim, when you return you can use our new “rinse and dry” (sciacqua e asciuga) station equipped with a shower with adjustable jet phone and with towels always at your disposal.

On Sundays upon request the “beauty corner” is activated: Gabriella, the host of Casa Popsy, will take care of pet guests in the morning with a super grooming.

A pool with games is also available for Olympic champions; Sunny personally made sure everything was in place for the guests.

And if you need to buy something you haven’t packed, Via Saturno is 400 meters from the sea, close to supermarket and services.

In any case, you will always have at your disposal: hair dryer, toaster, mini chopper with crank, microwave and kettle, iron and board.

The laundry service is not present but a common laundry is located on the ground floor; when the house is full it will probably be necessary to follow a calendar.

There are parking spaces available (in column) inside the shared courtyard: if the house is full, it will be possible to park one car per apartment.

In addition, three bicycles are available for each apartment (in case of loss or breakage, a contribution of € 70 will be required).

Here are some easy common sense rules and information to get the best experience for your vacation.

For the safety of everyone it is necessary that the outgoing doors remain closed.

Guests are kindly requested not to damage or disturb others, both in terms of noise and in terms of privacy.

It is always good to respect the night rest and in the first hours after lunch trying to make as little noise as possible.

The maximum duration of the contracts is 28 days; on your arrival you should leave a document to allow registration as per regulation in force. In high season we rent for minimum periods of one week, in low season we rent for minimum 3 nights.

Please note that the Municipality of Cervia defines the tourist tax rates for accommodation facilities guests each year.

The structure is not suitable for very young children.
